Harkstead Village Hall - HIRING FEES

A session is:-

Morning:	9.00am to 12.45pm	Afternoon:	1.15pm to 6.00pm
Evening:	6.30pm to 12 midnight	All day:	9.00am to 12 midnight

Under the terms od the public entertainment licene, the hall is not available for music or dancing on Sundays, Christmas day or Good Friday.

If there is music during the hire period then all outer doors and windows must be closed and music should be kept to reasonable levels. All music must cease by 11.45pm mat the latest.

Regular Groups -

Main Hall:	£13 per session.
Committee Room:	£9 (without kitchen).	£10 (with kitchen).
Note - Food should not be consumed in the committee room

Harkstead or Lower Holbrook

Any morning or afternoon session:	£18
Weekday or Sunday evening:	£25
Saturday Evening	£32
All day Saturday	£50
All day weekday or Sunday	£44

All other hirers -

Any morning or afternoon session:	£25
Weekday or Sunday evening:	£45
Saturday Evening	£65
All day Saturday	£90
All day weekday or Sunday	£78

Multiple day bookings for exhibitions, Caravan rallies etc - £85

A returnable deposit of £100 is required (£50 for children's parties).

Setting up access can be arranged with the caretaker if the hall is free

Hall equipment Tables, chairs, etc. can be available for hire. Hire charges are for a twenty-four hour period unless otherwise arranged with the caretaker or bookings secretary.

The hirer is responsible for collection and prompt return of items All breakages or loss will be charged at replacement cost.

Plastic stacking chairs:	70p	China or glasses	££1.50 per dozen items
Samll Tables	£2.50 each	Large Tables	£4 each
Gazebos	£15 each
